Perjuangan Masih Belum Selesaii

hmmm..
remember my previous entry..
regarding the pre-nego thingy?
hmmmm..
the negotiation hv been ok ok..
but for me..
its a wee bit disappointing..
wanna noe y?
haaaa..here's the story..

it all started with a not-okay findings..

1. people who r suppose to attend the nego didnt show up
sape people - people ni?
nk tau?
haaa...
ni die..

a) wakil dr district..

our office r using their feedbacks on preparing rates
n the contractor hv contested on the rates..
our office do desperately need their comments during the nego..
ye laaa..dh rates tu dtg dr korg..

i did call them on last Friday..
n they (actually he) hv confirmed his attendance..

alih alih..

tang pukul 950am, time yg nk mula nego..
i gave him a call..
'oo..sy tak dtg..wakil dr Penang akan dtg'
mmgg cheeeeeese burger betul..
n happen to be sorg pun tak muncul..
baik district or state..
mmg channnteeeeeeeekkkk ah...


b) HODT (head of design team)

sorg pun tak attend..
mcm tak penting je nego ni
luckily one of the Ahli J/kuasa is from them
so whenever ada isu berbangkit regarding design, bleh la Ahli tu tlg jwbkan..


c) Ada la sorg HODT yg attend..

tak baik ckp semua, kan?
tapi..portion die ni plak..
QS department die promise to attend..
n..
what happened?
MC beb..
bukan nk salahkan die sakit..
tapi..rase mcm die nk elak je..
(tak baik prasangka)
yg tensennye bukan ape..
input dr die tu yg penting..
sebbaik la officer yg dtg tu pun bagus bg feedback..


d) HOPT (head of project team)

ni lagi canggih..
he's been hassling us to go for negotiation, but then..
to the very last minute..
die tak attend..
n send his officer..
please bear in mind..
officer tak leh buat decision..
bosses yg buat decision..
yg kesiannye kat Mr. A ni laaa
hulur la tengkuk anda..
hahahhaa

ok laaa end of story pasal attendance ni..

then the nego began..

all the consultant n contactor kena keluar..
sbb nk start perbincangan among us je dulu..

'Pengerusi' asked on the scope of project..bla bla bla..
n so on..

then..

baru laaa go to the unagreed items..


then the "pengerusi' asked one of the 'ahli' to give comments..

'pd pandangan sy, perbezaan tak byk..only 6.33%..tapi big difference ada pada item dot dot dot'

then item dot dot dot itu dibincang n dibahas laaaa..
item dot dot dot tu..satu item je..

yg unagreed item tu byk lagi..

tapi dok bincangggg yg satu item ni je..
then..dh agree on rate item tu..

pastu panggil la consultant masuk..
discuss on issue utility services...
bla bla bla..
settle..

***

pastu baru panggil contractor..

haaaaa...
ni yg best ni..

pengerusi just inform berapa total cost contractor,
berape our total cost..
berape the difference..
then berape percentage..

dah..

die mention, die just endorse on that figure..
further discussion should be done at the next level
next level tu = final nego..

that's it..
there goes my negotiation..
menarik,kan?

my idea of negotiation is..
during pre-nego la kita settle off as much as possible on the unagreed items..
then at the next level, kita just buat endorsement je..

hmmm..
dunno..
different people hv different vision, i guess..




jadinye...
perjuangan belum selesai..

nk kena get ready on the final nego plak..
debaran semakin hampir laaa
